Welcome, my name is Eric J. Mccants,
For more than twenty years I’ve had the privilege of serving people at the hardest moments of their lives – speaking at conferences, churches, and events across Georgia and beyond, coaching one-on-one, and walking alongside men and women who carry heavy loads. I’m a husband, a father, and a man of faith who’s learned the hard way what it takes to stay strong, keep showing up, and still have something left to give the people who matter most.
Today I bring everything I’ve learned – the victories, the scars, and the grace that pulled me through – to you as a life coach, mentor, and speaker. My only desire is to help you get clear, get strong, and step fully into the life you’re called to live.

My promise to you.
When you bring me in as your life coach, mentor, or speaker, I don’t show up with fluffy quotes and feel-good slogans. I show up with the same grit, faith, and backbone that you carry every shift. I promise to tell you the hard truths with respect, to walk beside you through the darkest nights on the job and at home, and help you rebuild the strength, purpose, and peace that this badge can sometimes steal. I promise to honor your sacrifice, protect your family like it’s my own, and leave every officer, deputy, trooper, firefighter, or spouse in that room stronger, prouder, and more connected to the calling—and to the Lord—who put them here. You’ve held the line for all of us; my life’s work is holding the line for you. That’s not just what I do… that’s my solemn promise.
